“If you need any work on your AC system or just need your annual maintenance check....call Brown Heating, Cooling and Plumbing!! I cannot review the plumbing side yet. As far as the heating and air I HIGHLY SUGGEST THEM. Dan Rollins was the young man that came out to inspect our unit and He was very courteous and professional. I was impressed with this company before they even got here honestly. Called 20 min before they came with a discription of the vehicle he was driving then sent a text message with his photo. Now a days, security is a must and I appreciated that. He did the inspection and asked me several times if I had questions. He never once tried to sell me anything. The inspection cost is also VERY resonable. I had casually mentioned that I had a hard time seeing the thermostat and could not figure out how to program it. Dan was nice enough to sit there and not only program it for us but explained how it worked. You just don't find service like that everywhere. Brandon Spears and Josh Green came out later that day and did an install of a return to help with air flow in a small bedroom. These two are awesome!! Did a fantastic job and made sure they left no mess behind!! Seriously, I am blown away by the service!!“

His workers Devon, Chris, Levi, and my memory slips on the two other two worker's names(my sincere apologies) as they were equally knowledgeable and fantastic. I will not hesitate to use them or recommend them! Came out ona Saturday andback promptly on the following Monday. Got the job done!It wasnt easy, either. They do almost everything else to from reno, electrical, landscaping, HVAC and more. I wouldnot hesitate calling on them again.“

“Brian with veteran’s heating and cooling is the most professional and trustworthy HVAC technician that I’ve ever worked with. My home warranty company assigned him to an issue that I was having with my A/C unit and worked with the warranty company to get me the best new unit available and installed a new blower/furnace as well. He was very responsive and informative during the process. A few months after the unit was installed, I had issues getting the pilot light to turn on in the furnace and he came by the same day to fix it without charging me any fees.
