The service was great! Everyone I had contact with was professional, knowledgeable and quick. They were willing to work with me on scheduling times for a quick appointment. Great Service!! I would definitely recommend and will call them again when needed.
I recently had my heating go out in my condo and Coolray was able to quickly and easily get the part replaced. The techs were friendly, knowledgeable and easy to schedule. They even helped me save some money in the process! I will definitely be calling them for problems in the future.
The service man was very friendly and explained the problem very detail. he was very professional. The Salesman , Corderrius Madison was GREAT he had personality that was out of this world. He doesn’t meet strangers, we talked as if we knew each other.Very professional and explained everything to me. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!THANK YOU
