Coolray Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is known for its professional and personable technicians, including Sam and David, who provide expert maintenance and installation services. Reviewers praise the company's technicians for being kind, thorough, and respectful. One customer noted that a technician stayed late to ensure the job was completed, even returning to fix a leak later that evening. Communication is a strong point, with employees informing customers of their arrival time, which is appreciated. While there is some feedback about the cost of parts being higher than expected, overall Coolray is recognized as a reputable and customer-focused business, with a commitment to professionalism and quality service.
Good when there here. Don't like AI when I call in. Just needed maintenance and took 3 missed appointments and 6 weeks to get! I know there was a lot of repairs with the hot weather but waiting until the same day or day before is not good for canceling.
Excellent service from an outstanding young man, David. He tool the time to explain what the service entailed and the possible problems the lack of future maintenance might cause. He showed me some maintenancetips that I could do myself. One of the best maintenanceservicesthat I've had in a decade on my system. Wholeheartedly recommend Comfort Dynamics for HVAC maintenance. The price was very reasonable and the quality second to none.
Got a quote on Tuesday and had my new system installed Friday (would have been sooner, but we waited to get another quote). Great work, despite my dogs barking at them the entire time they were here (again, sorry!). They were fast, clean, efficient, and took time to answer all my questions. Having to replace an HVAC is criminally expensive, but having good people do good work does help. They also have the best financing options of all the companies we priced.
