The service technician was personable and knowledgeable. He arrived timely and kept the work area clean. The only downfall was our hot water heater was not functioning after the gas was disconnected.

Tristan (with a “T”) came today! I have to admit I was a little leery after reading some of these reviews. But I took hope, knowing people are more prone to tell of bad experiences than good. He was great! Called ahead of time…I also got a text. They were Johnny on the spot, calling yesterday within 1/2 hour of receiving the work order from AHS. he was thorough, listened, did NOT push anything I didn’t need. Gave me a suggestion , I said no…we moved on. My AC guy retired this year, and I will def be using these guys. Oh!! And he was prepared to respect my home and use shoe covers.Great experience.
