Technicians were very professional and represent a great Trane Product. Responsive time to replace my Units was one day. I Recommend Ethridge Heating and Air to get the job done. They absolutely treat you as family.

Get you a company that doesn’t want you to drop 20 K right away. These are them. They were very professional helpful attentive and are really interested in finding the bottom line problem versus us. Just getting a new unit which so many others have suggested cannot wait to continue to work with this company.

I have been pleased with your service for over 20 years. All your technicians have been great, but Mr. Zack is superb. His technical skills and people skills are equal. That is a rare find these days. Thank you, Zack!
