I was a parent of the previous practice and decided to give them a try after changing ownership. The Crossings staff proved to be even more efficient, personable, and professional. I am highly pleased with the atmosphere and service.

WOW!!! This has by far been the best experience at a dentist office! It has been a while since I had dental insurance and routine cleanings. The staff was very thorough and professional when assessing my care. The scheduling staff has been very sweet and informative of all information and charges for my appointments. My hygienist, Shea has been amazing. Shea made sure I was comfortable the entire time by checking in with me during the cleanings. Felt like an instant best friend! Dr. Gno was also amazing. I needed a new dentist after relocating to the Birmingham/Hoover area and I can’t brag enough how happy I am with this location. The staff is super friendly and the general environment is welcoming. Even still being a fairly new patient to this practice all of the staff makes me feel as if I’m family. The way Dr. Ngo and his team remembers details about their patients is amazing and something I’ve always valued with any care team. As long as I’m here they will be my preferred and recommended dental team. A special shoutout to the wonderful hygienist in this office as well. I love them!
