Our company uses TS3 for our tech support. As the office manager, I call on them quite often to help with various issues. They are consistently professional, diligent, kind and patient. I am not tech savvy and they are so patient walking me through fixes and answering my many questions. Our team resides all over the country. I love that our team members can call in and a tech can remotely connect with their computer to diagnose and fix issues as they arise. I would highly recommend TS3 for your tech support needs.
