A special thank you to Kari at GasPro in Hoover. I called her yesterday to let her know we did not have hot water, and she immediately walked me through the proper steps to make sure we had everything we needed. She even followed up throughout her day and reached out again the next day to make sure our hot water was restored. Kari is truly amazing at what she does. She provided comfort, reassurance, and satisfaction to me and my family during a difficult time. Thank you Kari for simply being you and for providing such excellent service when we needed it most. ❤️

What a relief to know that there is company such as GASPRO, these guys are incredible. Experienced is understatement. The quality of craftsmanship is of the charts. 10 out of 10 recommend.

What an awesome company! Michelle, Kari, Jon, and Justin are outstanding. I discovered a gas leak and needed the gas line from meter to furnace replaced. They worked me in on Thanksgiving Eve! Between the above mentioned super heroes and two wonderful employees with the City of Irondale my gas line was replaced, inspected, and Spire turned it back on by 6:30PM. None of this would have happened without their commitment, dedication and concern that I not be without heat for a week due to the Thanksgiving Holiday.
