We were extremely pleased with John and Mason. They arrived exactly when they promised and were extremely knowledgeable and efficient!! They were able to get our Rannai tankless water heater back up and running and they answered all of our questions and concerns. They were extremely nice and professional. If you need a gas line repair or any gas appliance work in Vestavia Hills or anywhere in the over the mountain area of Birmingham, call GasPro. I noticed a gas leak around the natural gas line connected to my Blackstone griddle and they came out the SAME DAY. Jon (a licensed Master Gas Fitter) and Mason diagnosed the leak immediately, walked me through exactly what was wrong, and repaired it on the spot. They explained everything they were doing as they worked, finished quickly and professionally, and the price was very reasonable and fair — no upselling, no surprises.
