“I have been a patient here for a few years now. I've come to see Dr. Fenning for botox. She has always been a great doctor. She's pretty conservative and careful with how many units she has given me so I usually know what to expect when I come here. The facility itself is pretty big, and they have their beauty product storefront in the lower level. The one part I don't like about this place is the issues I have when they are calculating your bill. I've had mishaps on my bill every time I have gone. I'm usually able to catch it there is a mistake, but on one visit I did not and had to contact their help center. They were very nice about it and credited my account. But the next time I came, it was not automatically applied to my bill. So I have about $12 in credit left here according to my Klarna account so hopefully it can be applied on my next visit.“
