“The tiled in soap shelf in our master bathroom fell off the wall & closer inspection, it appeared to have mold underneath. I bought some tools and started popping off tiles, expecting a fairly straightforward repair & cleaning was in order-unfortunately the scale of the mold and obviously slowly dissolving drywall behind (the original construction had no water barrier between the dry wall and the tiles!) it became obvious this was going to be a major project.
