10/10 service every single time! Even on a busy day they get you in and out in a timely manner. It truly is a “sip back and relax” place. environment is wonderful. Nina always does a fantastic job. I have never been disappointed or unhappy with my nails. Thin French tip set was from today and the rest are previous visits. 🤍🤍

I had a walk-in appointment and was immediately seated and given a tech, Tony, who was very accommodating and patient with me since I brought my son (who was supposed to sleep the entire time). However, he got up and was very fussy while I was in the middle of a manicure. Trey at the front desk didn’t hesitate and stepped in to help calm him down until I was done. This is unbeatable service! They never acted like I was a burden and were so understanding. Thank you, nail bar!

I’ve been in McCalla 7 months and I finally found my people! When I first came here, I had acrylic. The sweet guy at the desk told me that they didn’t do that and I was fine…My girl Nina has been doing my nails and feet since. She is so sweet☺️ One day I called to come in and the guy at the desk told me it was good to come. Got there and a rush had come in. He asked if I wanted to wait for Nina…I said of course! Upon checkout I told him “As long as you all treat me the way you do, I’ll wait forever if I have to”🤗 It really makes a difference when you’re seen and respected☺️
