“We had such a wonderful experience at Cookie Cutters in Hoover! Due to unexpected traffic, we arrived after our scheduled appointment, and we were the last family on the schedule for the day. Even so, the team was incredibly gracious and kindly stayed late to cut our son's hair.

As parents of young children, we know how challenging it can be to coordinate schedules and make appointments, so their patience and understanding meant so much to us. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional, and they made what could have been a stressful situation such a positive experience.
