Went recently for the first time and were very pleased. They fit us in on short notice and were super friendly. They aren't the cheapest Vet we've used and they don't take American Express but we will certainly be back.
Have still been taking our dog here and they now take American Express!
I brought my cat in for euthanasia. Bluff Park had helped me as much as they could, but the end was inevitable. When I brought her in, the technician was kind, thoughtful and comforting, making such a sad time more bearable. I am deeply grateful that a warm, sympathetic person was there. Thank you
We have taken our pets to BPAC for over a decade now and they have been nothing short of wonderful. Whether it's routine care or something difficult. Recently, Dr Skocelas' recommendation to explore physiotherapy and other options has given our older, bigger dog with hip issues a new lease on life, at a time when we thought he would slowly lose the ability to walk, he's prancing around like a pup again! All without having to do any major surgery.
