We had a few things that were questionable about the water heater in our new house, but Pierce explained why these things were actually normal and not a problem in a very easy way to understand. He even gave me tips for ongoing maintenance that I could take a crack at myself to save money.
When we inevitably run into a real problem in the future, we will definitely be calling Mr. Drippy again.“
