Josh was absolutely amazing! Had no idea I had so much tension in my hips and he soothed it! I fell asleep 3 times during my massage— that’s how comfortable I was!! The staff here were so nice and accommodating! Please come visit them, they’re wonderful at what they do and they make you feel at ease and taken care of!

Every time I go here for skin care, medical reasons or the Spa, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and, doctors and nurses, estheticians, is incredible! All deserve a five star rating.

I joined the Spa Cahaba monthly membership program one year ago and my skin looks and feels awesome for my 63 years. I go once monthly for a special tailored procedure with Dominique and it has been one of the best things I have done to keep my skin bright and youthful! Dominique is awesome and I highly recommend Spa Cahaba!
