“I used USA Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electric's plumbing services earlier this year. I had a complicated project where I wanted to replace my sink, and keep in place my existing granite countertop. Most companies I spoke to said that this was impossible or something that they would not do whatsoever. Steve at USA emailed with me about the details of what I wanted to accomplish and helped me to pick out the right products that would work in my space. I originally had an appointment for a tune-up with another well-known group who told me I needed over $5,000 of new duct work. Dave came out, reviewed my equipment and provided me with a much more honest assessment. Could I use the larger duct work? Sure. Did I need it now. No. Were there other options to obtain a similar result at a much lower cost? Yes. Would I be alright and my furnace operate perfectly fine if I did nothing? Yes. “Wow! Talk about service! 5 stars, for sure. I woke to no heat a few mornings ago, didn't know where to start, as I live in a rural area and am not familiar with the contractors in my area. So, I called Brothers Consolidated. Keep in mind that we were in the midst of an ice & snowstorm, and that I live in Dodge Co. They had a service tech out to my home (a 55-mile drive one way in that weather!) within 5 hours of my call. The service tech, Nathan, was amazing! So unassuming and polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He got to the root of the problem quickly and had the right part in his van to fix the ignitor, and I had heat again. Even though my home is a mobile home, it did not cause him any complications. I couldn't have been more impressed or relieved! I would highly recommend this contractor for any of your heating or cooling needs. Thank you for a great experience & for your great work!“

“Where to start? I was in a cold house for 2 days as my furnace went out. I started by purchasing the minor things like the flame ignitor and the heat sensor. None of those were it as it turned out to be the inducer motor. Well, no one had it available, and I called Tri-Town. The lady told me they can have it available in a few hours at a lower price from other places!! Those ladies working there treated me with so much kindness and were so helpful even to the point that when my part arrived they were about to close for the day, and Jane said she will wait for me to pick up the part!! I already spread the word about this place to others..... thank you so much!!!“
