“Can't say enough good things about Gregg Heating and owner Kyle. Replaced my furnace back in November. Excellent workmanship. Now my old AC unit didn't start up. Called Gregg Heating. Kyle showed up the next day and found a mouse nest. He cleaned out the unit and did some rewiring to get it going. Also let me sign up for their awesome maintenance plan for $280 and counted this visit as the AC inspection. No additional fees. Integrity is a dwindling characteristic these days. “It's not every day you find an honest HVAC company but I've now used Heinrichs home comfort twice in the last few months (unfortunate timing of old equipment), once to replace our furnace and just now to repair our air conditioning. Heinrichs did a great job suggesting a repair instead of full replacement that should hopefully get us several more years of functioning air conditioning before needing to do a full replacement. “John was nice and respectful. He came in got to work right away. He talked with my Husband and cleaned up left the basement in great shape. We had Travis and Deon in for duct cleaning, being an older home and never having it done before. They had some dust come through where the vent cover didn't meet the wall snuggly, they went through with a shop vac got the extra dust up. They all did a great job were friendly helpful and I'm glad I signed up with them

We had Jacob in to replace our air conditioner. He explained things great, was patient with our grandpuppy who was overly protective of us, she just kept barking and we had to go to other rooms so I could hear. They cleaned up everything leaving the basement and yard the way it was when they came. Polite and respectful.“

He answered all the questions we had even made effort to find out our unit serial number which missed for some reason, it will be easier for the future needs. “I just had Dan assist me as I had a leak and needed drains snaked. My building is old and it was unsure if he had a part to fix a leak. We'll be found the part thus saving me from the worst case scenario. He was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel he went above and beyond.
