“I hired DJ's Lawn at the end of April to perform the spring startup on my sprinkler system for $160, along with an additional repair to replace a valve. Unfortunately, after the service, the sprinkler system stopped working completely. They returned in May as a service call to begin troubleshooting.
It took longer than expected to get everything fully up and running, requiring four service visits so far this season. Thankfully, Josh stayed committed to finding and fixing the problem. He was persistent, professional, and dedicated to making sure the system was working properly, and he finally got everything functioning correctly in mid-July. I really appreciate that he didn't give up until the issue was resolved.
I'm giving four stars because, while I'm happy with the final outcome and Josh did a great job, it took four visits and nearly three months after the initial service for the sprinkler system to become fully functional again.“
