“Called Thielmann to have some service completed with a old copper pipe that was leaking in a difficult location in a finished basement (behind a drywall ceiling). Spoke with Jodi who was able to schedule me a few days out, Dan E and his apprentice showed up on the scheduled time with plenty of communication as to where to go.

Dan was very professional in evaluating the leak, situation, and need for repair. Took them less than a half hour to finish the job and to verify the work completed for leaks. Thielmann warrants their work completed and this company will be my first call again for any issues plumbing or HVAC related issue with my home.“

“The service tech name Rob was very professional and polite and patient. He answered all the questions we had even made effort to find out our unit serial number which missed for some reason, it will be easier for the future needs. He recommended adding more freon and cleaning up the unit and checking out everything that makes sure everything was working normally. Job well done. Thank you Rob! “Can't say enough good things about Gregg Heating and owner Kyle. Replaced my furnace back in November. Excellent workmanship. Now my old AC unit didn't start up. Called Gregg Heating. Kyle showed up the next day and found a mouse nest. He cleaned out the unit and did some rewiring to get it going. Also let me sign up for their awesome maintenance plan for $280 and counted this visit as the AC inspection. No additional fees. Integrity is a dwindling characteristic these days. Kyle and Gregg Heating are honest, fair and full of Integrity. Highly recommend!“
