“Speaking on poor review from gr8bkset review:
1) This person lives in a condo association, not an apartment.
2) This owner had a drain problem 1.5 weeks prior to neighbor’s issue and refused to call plumber as owner wanted association to pay, thus exacerbating problem and causing problem for neighbor.
3) This bad review is a false claim against Joe DeBelak plumbing.
4) Sadly, this owner is refusing to pay his bill and the bill rightfully belongs to him, per our condo docs and bylaws.
Our HOA has been using Joe DeBelak since 1980 and have a fantastic relationship with this company. They have served us well and are always professional and knowledgeable, greatly experienced!“

He was great took pictures of everything he did. Show me the pictures and explain them to me. He is very likeable person and honest. He cleans up after the tune up was done. He does care about his customers and there property. I hope we get him again.

“Our home suffered water damage to the drywall in our lower level after the August 10th flash flood. We suspected the water entered through a small hole in our foundation. We contacted IHN Company, which specializes in foundation and plumbing repair.
Kurt, the service technician, did an inspection of the walls, sump pump and the foundation. He gave us the good news. Our foundation is solid as well as the drain tiles. The small hole in the foundation was not the entry point for the water. It entered from the ground being too saturated to absorb anymore rainfall. The cement floor acted like a wick allowing the drywall and baseboards to get wet.
We expected to have to pay a lot to repair our foundation or install new drain tiles. Instead we will do a minor repair of the hole and some landscaping near the foundation to prevent rainwater from pooling near the house.
Kurt was thorough, professional and very patient with us. We had many questions which he answered and calmed our nerves.
The office manager, Lesa, was also great to work with. She too was patient with our concerns and did an amazing job scheduling the technician at a date and time convenient for us.
I highly recommend the IHN Company and give it 5 stars.“
