Midwest Water Heater is phenomenal ~ our water heater needed to be switched out and after 18 years in real estate I've seen my fair share of total disasters....... Brian was so helpful & Elisah was prompt, clean, knowledgeable and made the entire process seamless, absolutely outstanding experience..... I can not reccomend this company more.
I definitely recommend Midwest Water Heater. We got a couple estimates to replace our water heater from other companies, but Brian’s pricing was the most reasonable by far. He also gave us a quote right away over the phone, where other companies charged us a high fee just to come out and give a quote. Elijah did a great job installing our new water heater the next day, and we had hot water again almost immediately.
My water heater of 25 years finally decided it was time to give up the ghost. I called a few companies and then landed on Midwest Water Heater. Brian asked me to send him a picture of my current water heater and he responded with a quote within minutes. We set up an appointment for the following day and he arrived during the window we agreed on. In under an hour, he had the old unit in his truck and the new one up and running. He also cleaned up as if he was never even there. I can't say enough good things about Brian and MWH. He made what I expected was going to be a headache (getting the water heater replaced) into a very smooth situation!
