JP, Jeff and Erik were the ones involved in my sewer relining project. The before and after video showed an amazing difference of flow. All involved takes the specific part of their involvement very seriously and answered all my questions to the point that I could explain the process to anyone . I would highly recommend Sewer Ninja to anyone that need sanitary pipe repair to at least have them do a video inspection and explain the options available. My relining project took only 4 hours from set up to finish

He was prompt, friendly and took a lot of stress away by giving me several options to repair my issue as well as preventative ideas for the future. I love their no dig options! Sewer Ninjas' customer service was outstanding! Communication was exceptional from start to finish. From our first meeting with J-P, to the work completed by Nolan and Sam, and the excellent office communication from Andi and Erik, we always knew what was happening.
Whether it was through phone calls, text messages, or emails, they kept us informed every step of the way. On the job site, J-P, Nolan and Sam worked together seamlessly, communicated well, and did an excellent job solving unexpected challenges. It was impressive to watch their teamwork and professionalism throughout the entire process.
