I called around 7:00 AM in a panic after we had a major HVAC issue the night before. We called several companies, but no one could come out until late afternoon or even the evening. Thankfully, they had an opening at 8:00 AM because of a cancellation, and they were able to fit us in right away. It worked out perfectly for both of us.
Nelson was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a circuit board issue, which I never would have figured out myself. He got our central air running again so our family could stay comfortable during these hot summer days.
What impressed me most was his professionalism. He arrived on time, was kind, genuine, and took the time to explain everything. He even went above and beyond by cleaning up, replacing our air filter, and making sure everything was working properly before he left. Most importantly, he gave my wife and me real peace of mind.
