For many years we have been using JJ's for all our plumbing needs that we don't tackle ourselves. Big or small projects, they always do a great job. We had a very old tub/shower faucet handle that finally broke when a guest was visiting us. Dusty, the plumber who was assigned to us, arrived within the allotted time frame we were given, was able to trouble shoot the problem and replace the old cartridge and broken handle. He showed me the problem and gave me the option of keeping the old cartridge. I opted to change both parts out and am glad I did. Now everything works smoothly and easily. Dustin and Scott did a great job snaking out 200’ of my 6” dia drainage pipe. They were prompt and worked quickly. I’ll certainly keep them in mind for any type of plumbing repair.
