Since there seem to be some skewed reviews here .... My first experience with this company was today. I needed parts for a medium sized building that had need for discontinued parts. The service detail and cost all lend themselves to my driving by many competitors to return again and again.It certainly appears that reasonable expectations are in order. I believe this out of the way stop has saved me hundreds of dollars and a dozen hours with less helpful more expensive competitors. It should also be noted that True Value Hardware on Washinton in Cedarburg made the referal to this business. To that young man I owe a debt of gratitude.
