The team was led by Anthony Scott, and everyone was extremely professional, organized, and thoughtful. David started up the heater, gave me tips and said instead of replacing the heater try certain things. Otherwise if it doesn't continue to work, he will come out and replace a couple parts. “I can't express enough what a GREAT job this company does! We just completed our SECOND remodel with Borth-Wilson. They had previously done our main bath in our condo in Waukesha. This time, we had them do both our baths in our Slinger condo, and a laundry room utility sink which they cleverly converted into an existing cabinet! How cool is that! (See attached photos)
The team at Borth-Wilson is fantastic. From Marah and Carlie, to David, Zack, Tom, Bill, Justin, and others, they all do A+ work.
If there are any small hiccups, they respond immediately, with top service results! Maybe down the road if we move, we may have to give them a call for a THIRD remodel!!

“We had a pump go out in the basement which caused our drain to backup. We called S&K as we always do, they arrived within a couple hours and fixed the issue in less than 2 hours. Dylan was awesome, super knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We'll be calling again in the future but hope it's not anytime soon!“
