“The team that saved Christmas! My 8-year old severely twisted his glasses and our insurance benefits wouldn’t reset for another 6 months. I was convinced that we needed to replace them, which meant the budget for his Christmas presents would be spent on new glasses. The team asked if they could give it a try to maneuver them back into place. Based on their condition I was doubtful. About 20 adjustments later, they were back in place and the frames were good as new (as new as an 8-year old’s glasses can be!). Thanks for the Christmas save!”
