“I love the work they did in my downtown condo bathroom. I moved my laundry and my water heater out of my kitchen and into and around my master bath. They were amazing in helping use the space as I wanted to be sure it felt more spa like rather than like a laundry room. “We live in a Manufactured House in Oregon City. For many years, we suspected that our two fiber glass bathtubs were not connected right at the drain area. So, we called M P Plumbing. We were right. The drainage piping was worse than wrong. Kyle and one other Plummer (sorry, forgot his name), came to assess what was needed. With one person lying on his back in a crawl space area, under the house, too small to explain, they both worked together and saved our tubs and did it right! They took their time and made sure everything was done, no leaks etc. I can't say enough GREAT things about them and M P Plumbing, except to say they are now the first company I'll call for any pluming needs we may have !! We found that they were fair and flexible with their pricing, did quality work, communicated really well and kept us updated, and started and completed the project on time as planned. They were also very responsive when we had a small concern after the project was completed and came out to inspect and ensure that everything was OK the next day. Having worked with some companies who don’t deliver consistently and don’t follow through and follow up, we really appreciate when a company does all of that well. “I recently had the exterior of my house painted and they worked so hard through the weekend even to make sure the job was done in time for the rain. The communication was exceptional. I needed help getting gutters replaced and Scott was able to help facilitate that as well with some recommendations. They did a lot of extra work patching holes in my house and cleaning up old cables and an old dish satellite off my house. My house looks amazing and my neighbor asked for their contact info. All my neighbors are complementing the work, 10/10 recommend!“

“The entire process for our master bathroom remodel went smoothly, from working with Jennifer on design and materials to working with Vitaly and his crew. They were very communicative and completed the job on budget and on schedule. We plan on using them again to renovate our other bathrooms.

UPDATE - just finished renovating our other bathrooms (new shower, cabinet, countertop, flooring, toilet, sink & mirror. Total time was 4 days for demo & install of both bathrooms plus we redid the flooring in the laundry room. As usual, Vitaliy lets you know when they plan to show up and if there are any schedule changes, always tells you in advance which makes planning your schedule much easier. “We have a large 77ft driveway at our home that was in desperate need of replacement, and we wanted to add an additional walkway with steps to connect to our main walkway. We knew it was going to be a big job and so we took our time to research and received multiple quotes. We decided to go with Advanced Concrete Technologies and are so glad we did! “We just had our two story deck replaced, 13 windows and sliding door replaced and two additional windows installed by Right Turn Construction.
I can’t speak highly enough of the company and its employees. From the initial meeting with their estimator (Steven), throughout the entire project through to their own final inspection, they were a pleasure to work with.
There were a lot of intricate details involved with the railing, removing and reinstalling vinyl siding and adding broader trim to the whole exterior. They did a fabulous job with all of it.
Our home is about 100 years old and we expected them to uncover some problems. They found several, we were informed and given options/recommendations for repair before they moved forward. The additional cost was minimal but the peace of mind knowing that the issues had been addressed properly was worth every penny we spent.
We LOVE our new deck! We’ve had so many complements from neighbors and passersby, not only about how great it looks but how impressed they are by the quality of the workmanship.
Being able to see clearly out of our new windows is a novelty that hasn’t worn off yet. The additional windows have afforded great light and made our home so much more livable.

Casey Richart was the main contractor that I worked with. They communicated between themselves and me, any necessary changes or problems that arose due to the fact that dry rot is like an onion, you never know what you're dealing with until you begin peeling back the layers. Casey always arrived on time and if he was going to be delayed the following day, he let me know when I could expect him. Andrew would check in periodically to see how things were going. They involved me in the process, answering any questions I had and addressing any concerns. I'm very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their work. I personally recommend Richart's for your home projects.“
