A great experience working with Revivify! They did a beautiful job cleaning and sealing the grout and caulking the edges of a large bathroom. Communication is also five stars. My second bathroom is too damaged and needs a different kind of repair. Revivify recommended I not spend the money to clean and seal at this time. I am deeply grateful for their honesty and professionalism!
I contacted Revivify to clean all the tile and grout in our home then seal the grout. Billy was the technician who showed up on time and ready to go to work. Great work ethic, very personable and talked highly of his co-workers and management. He was very task and detail oriented and did an outstanding job. At the end of the job he took me through each area on the list, showed me his work and asked if I had any question. Everything was beautiful. I paid and thought every dollar spent was well worth it. I was so impressed by the company and the quality of those who go out and do the work.
We used them for grout cleaning, repair, and sealing in our showers. They came out promptly, were on time, and reduced their charges because there was less to do than had been estimated. The worker was courteous and knowledgeable. We have used them before and will use them again in a few years.
