We had a great experience working with Matrix on a roof repair. We found that they were fair and flexible with their pricing, did quality work, communicated really well and kept us updated, and started and completed the project on time as planned. They were also very responsive when we had a small concern after the project was completed and came out to inspect and ensure that everything was OK the next day. Having worked with some companies who don’t deliver consistently and don’t follow through and follow up, we really appreciate when a company does all of that well. We would work with Matrix again without hesitation.
