I couldn't be happier with the work Prestige Construction & Home Remodeling did on my home. They poured a new concrete slab for my deck stairs, built a new set of stairs, replaced all of the exposed soffits, overhanging fascia boards, and the gable end eaves. We have a contract dispute with another contractor, and I contacted Prestige Construction & Home Remodeling to provide an unbiased estimate of the work that had been completed and what remained. Mike came out the very same day to perform a paid inspection and estimate. He provided a fair, detailed assessment of the completed work and the remaining scope, which will be very helpful in resolving our dispute. We really appreciated his responsiveness, professionalism, fairness, and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend Prestige Construction & Home Remodeling to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable contractor.
Mike did an outstanding job on our siding project. His pricing was fair and reasonable, and the quality of his work exceeded our expectations. During the project, we discovered a significant amount of unexpected dry rot. Mike took care of removing and replacing all of it, charging only for the additional time and materials, which we really appreciated.
We also had him modify and widen the size of our front porch area, to create more curb appeal and the finished result looks amazing. His craftsmanship, honesty, and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.
