They even procured a counter top color that I picked out at a different store and came back to fix some glue gapping several months later, no questions asked! “We had shopped around to at least 4 other flooring stores before settling on Great Floors. Kord was helpful in finding exactly what we wanted and we were able to get better carpet for less money than two of the other places. It wasn’t the least expensive place we went to, but we got high quality carpet for a good price. We chose a higher grade Karastan carpet, which we just love. The only downside was installation. Don’t get me wrong, the carpet is installed beautifully, but they left carpet fibers all over my driveway that I had to clean up, and one of the installers was sick. I’ve been sick now for three days and feel miserable.“
