We underwent renovation of our entire second floor that lasted about 5 months, members of the team were not only respectful and concerned with our comfort, but became friendly faces we were always happy to cross paths with. We ended up adopting a newborn during this time period, which was a surprise, and Kayed, Amy, Victor, and Emily specifically were so kind and almost started to feel like family.Kayed and Amy helped us work out our budget and what was important to us, and working on the design with Amy was way more fun than I imagined. “I am happy to sing the praises of Greenlight Construction. We recently worked with Maxwell and his team to renovate our basement. This was the first time my husband and I undertook a home project of this size and while excited, we were also somewhat intimidated by the process of finding the right person for the job, knowing how to think through the design options, staying within a reasonable budget and feeling certain that the work that was being done was top quality. From the beginning, Maxwell was responsive and communicative. He made himself available to look at the space and provide us with a ballpark estimate within a shorter timeframe than the other companies we had reached out to. He was then patient with us as we waited for the other estimates to be returned to us so that we could make an informed decision as to who we wanted to work with. Maxwell kept to the timelines he had outlined in his bid. He and his crew were here everyday and made steady progress on the project. He made great efforts to keep the workspace tidy, to prevent excess dust from coming to the upper floors, and to keep the laundry facilities in the basement functional throughout the project. He was very receptive to any ideas/feedback/questions we had and worked hard to make sure the work he and his team were doing fit our vision. Towards the end of the project we had an issue with a flooring company trying to charge us more than they had estimated. Maxwell was able to redirect us to another option that met our needs and because of his connections, was able to get an installer scheduled quickly so it wasn’t necessary to add on too much time to the project. Maxwell is a great guy who knows his stuff, partners with high quality sub-contractors and loves what he does. I would definitely recommend him for any home projects you’re considering.“

“We've had three appointments with Electech in the past few years for various electrical issues. Each time Juston and his crew member, Josh (two members are named Josh, actually), have been professional, skilled, and friendly. One time they caught a potential fire hazard - burned wires - in a supposedly "decommissioned" electrical panel that had wires that hadn't been capped off properly until Electech identified and fixed the problem. I especially appreciate how Juston takes the time to patiently and clearly explain the problem and the solution. In our kitchen with old wiring that leads to many appliances on the same circuit, he explained ways to not overload the circuit. Great guys, great work!“

“I bought my home in 2020, not realizing that some of the renovations the previous owners made were not permitted by the city, so I found I was stuck when I tried to move forward and continue finishing the basement. EcoCraft was great because Eddie was able to help me work with the city to bring everything up to code without having to demo everything and start from scratch and that alone was invaluable. The project ended up taking some time simply due to the pandemic, some unfortunate flooding at my house (which Eddie helped me fix & prevent in the future), so I ended up getting to know the EcoCraft team fairly well and truly, everyone was great. I was kept in the loop, and everyone was always willing to explain patiently whenever I had questions. The subcontractors who installed the flooring, insulation, and kitchenette were also great. “The person that arrived to perform the service was the same person that provided the bid. He called to let us know when he was on the way both the day of the original service as well as the following day. He did a very good job on the coating and did his best to keep the rest of the bathroom as clean as possible. The one downside to having the tub refinished is the smell of the chemicals. It has taken a few days to smell normal.“

The owner Jeff is a true professional that cares about his craft and work, and it shows in the end product. We engaged CRTS for a bathroom tile project with large format tile, and they are one of the only contractors in the metro area that are certified, and even teach continuing education to other installers, on how to work with such material. “I can not say enough good things about Petrina Construction. Everyone I worked with there was professional, prompt, helpful-everything you would want in a contractor, and more. I called Joe Petrina, on the recommendation of a neighbor, a month before I was scheduled to begin a huge kitchen remodel with another contractor. The start date was scheduled for September 13th. Joe came by to meet me, assessed the scope of the job, and assured me that he could not only start the job on the originally scheduled date, by then less than four weeks out, but that he could complete it sooner than the tentative end of the year date the other contractor gave me. Joe met with my designer, who he had never worked with, hooked me up with his amazing cabinet maker, and started the job on September 13th. Through every stage of the job, Joe was there to answer questions and offer advice and suggestions when required. He was also very conscious of my budget, and offered sensible options when problems arose that required additional expense. Not only did the job get done the week of Thanksgiving, it was slightly under budget..and the results are simply gorgeous. No one comes into my home who doesn't comment on my spectacular kitchen.
