“We had a great experience working with this company. Our project was new siding replacing old plank siding and a point job. Estimate was very clear and we even asked for a new estimate to break out all optional charges before we moved forward. During the process we had a couple small issues/misunderstandings that were quickly cleared up and fixed to our satisfaction. That is bound to happen when dealing with a few point people that are all human. What was also nice about this experience was that it was done in a timely manner with no surprise hidden costs. My biggest fears when dealing with any project is big delays and paying much more then we agreed on so that was a big relief that it was not an issue. We would and have recommended them to others.“

Larry stepped in when any problems arose (remodeling a 100 year old house means you’re inevitably going to discover issues), handling each issues with our best interest (and budget) in mind. Both projects were finished on time (ADU was a month early), permitted without pushback, and within budget.

RG was honest with their pricing through both projects. They didn’t land the projects with a low bid and then change order us up; they delivered exactly what they quoted.

The home renovation that they completed is hard to believe that our 100 year old cottage turned into such a beautiful new home (see pictures).

“By far the best window cleaners in the Portland area. We scheduled NW Shine for exterior and interior cleaning of 25 windows on an awkward-to-access three story condo. The job was done perfectly. The team was professional and personable; their equipment was up-to-date; and they treated the home with care. They had to deal with many half-century old removable interior storm windows that I know from experience are troublesome to remove, clean, and replace. In my walkthrough I noticed a recent paint drip on a third-floor exterior window that I thought I would have to live with, but the team got it off. Kudos to NW Shine for a job well done.“
