“We truly don’t have enough nice things to say about NW Remodelers! They remodeled our original 1941 kitchen including removing a wall to open the space. Their communication was excellent and we are so incredibly happy with the finished product. They were also very detailed oriented, which included things like matching the original trim in the kitchen to the rest of the house - without us having to ask. They did an excellent job at creating a stunning kitchen while also keeping original elements of the old house charm. Their customer service was very personable which we appreciated. Everything was explained thoroughly and we weren’t left wondering through any part of the process. We will absolutely be hiring them again for any other projects that come up!“

“I was very happy they had someone available to come out on a Sunday afternoon. I was having a minor emergency with a plugged pipe in my kitchen and I had a sink full of dirty water that came back up when running the garbage disposal. He spent over an hour unclogging the pipe but the cost was the same. He was professional and respectful and cleaned up after.“

“DryTime definitely deserves a 5 star review.I had a roof leak into our house, and after I had a roofer repair the leak I called 5 restoration companies.4 companies came out and my wife and I both agreed that DryTime was clearly head and shoulders above the others - the technicians were definitely better-equipped to detect and diagnose the extent of the flooding than the previous companies, and they were also clearly far more experienced.So we decided to work with DryTime and they immediately got to work, and things continued to go great from there, their communication was always consistent (and very friendly and helpful) every tech who came was cheerful and knowledgeable and helpful and the field super was also extremely friendly and helpful every step of the way (kudos to Aris and the main tech team of Dylan and Riley).They expertly handled the mitigation which is complete, so next step is the "build back".I hope I never have any type of flooding problem again so I hope I never have to use DryTime again, but for sure if I do I'll use them again and I definitely highly recommend them.Frankly for me it was really scary having the leak and flooding and I was concerned to say the least about how best to handle the water damage, but DryTime sure provided me with great service and peace of mind.Update March 2024 - My 2nd review of DryTime, used them again today:In recent very-heavy rain, a clogged downspout caused water to overtop my rain gutter and I noticed some water getting into one of the vents so I was concerned if any water might have intruded into my crawlspace as a result. So I called DryTime right away since I don't want water damage or mold or other related problems - that's not the kind of thing you want to lag on, water issues need immediate actionAris came out right away, investigated inside the house using various meters (all good) then crawled the entire crawlspace (all good).I highly recommend DryTime - 4 years after my first use and I'm super-glad to say they're still a company that really has it's act together - the team is great, Aris is super knowledgeable, and a nice guy to boot - thanks, DryTime!Services: Mold inspection“

“Vancouver Restoration is the best! We had a water incursion while out of state. Kevin responded immediately. He met our daughter at our home to view the damage the next day. He was able to start the next week and complete the mitigation and restoration before we returned home. He was in constant contact with me and provided everything the insurance companies requested. He even contacted the flooring company we originally purchased our wood flooring from and was able to snag a box of matching flooring. Our insurance companies took months to complete payment, but he was very patient throughout the ordeal.The work was outstanding, professional and complete.
