“In working with THE Remodel Group we completed an extensive & detailed design work Summer/Fall 2026 on our home in Lake Oswego Oregon. We have in the past completed a number of remodels so we are not new to this process. In working with Michael Hull, Erich, Kaitlyn, Steve the owner, Michael Hammack, Taylor Major, & their entire staff and subs was great. Our remodel project included our Kitchen and half bath, full bath, new floors, painted the entire interior, stained the front door, installed all Italian Stove top, installed two sliding glass doors, a window & many other details in our home. What we enjoyed and appreciated the most during our remodel:
1. The Remodel Group Finished the project when they said they would, on time and on budget! Very Rare.
2. They had someone working on our remodel project almost ever day, no long gaps or absences.
3. Great communication. We were referred to them via Christie Peterson at CFM Tigard who did a great job in coordinating with Kaitlyn our design materials, vendors and look! We ordered everything in advance to complete the project with no delays.
4. Michael and Erich were very responsive throughout the project & finished the punch list in a timely & responsive manner. It was especially important as a family member passed & we had lots of family in town shortly after our completion date. The Remodel Group was very sensitive regarding our family.
5. Erich, his team & vendors did a good job. Erich was super responsive. Erich & his team helped to move a couple of large items. We packed up most of household items, hired some movers, stored items in the garage & moved out for the remodel to provide everyone easy access to complete the remodel. We checked in frequently onsite & communicated often.
6. Taylor Major-GREAT painter & stainer!! We have lots of cherry cabinets, wood work & trim throughout the house. Taylor matched all the staining we did & he is a very detailed painter. Not a single overpaint on to trim or other areas. Painting and staining is fantastic!
7. We installed quartzite Taj Majhol which we purchased through MSI in Tualatin-GREAT customer service & products. We purchased our flooring, tile from CFM Tigard & bathroom & kitchen fixtures at The Fixture Gallery. We have utilized CFM Tigard & The Fixture Gallery for a number of remodels. Thanks Kaitlyn for coordinating it all! Great job.”
