Looks like they brought a totally natural stream w/4 drop-offs right off the mountain, w/beautiful miniature trees/plants to fit the water feature, along with dirt mounds & beautiful stones to fit perfectly in our yard, that can be viewed from any back window & from our patio w/that soothing relaxing sound to heal your soul. New Vista came in at a competitive price without trying to up sell or use any of the other shady negotiating tactics many drainage contractors attempted. The work was done quickly and cleanly.I am highly impressed by their professionalism and cleanliness. I could hardly tell that for a week my lawn had been full of holes and trenches. He was hired to restore a bathroom floor that had been water damaged and needed some subflooring replaced along with the entire entire vinyl sheet floor and an adjoining vanity room. “Alux Painting just completed an exterior repaint of my 15-year-old house, and 12-year-old shop. The work included repair to the vertical trim boards on the southeast and southwest corners of the shop, which had evidence of rot.Of the 3 quotes we obtained, Daniel's was not the least expensive, nor the most expensive. Information contained in the quote, and during my discussion when Daniel came out to look at my buildings, about repair to the trim boards was THE deciding factor - we knew that Daniel would do the right things, we did not have that confidence in the other two contractors from whom we obtained quotes.Daniel and his crew were responsive to questions - including the one dumb question that I asked where I realized I was wrong after Daniel's explanation. As the work drew to a close, there were a couple of items that my wife or I found, and they were addressed on the spot.We're very happy with the final result.“

“Paliy Renovation provided an amazingrenovation experience to us.Short story: they are the BEST. Work ethic, project knowledge, integrity, quality of work at every step of the way and follow up are all areas they absolutely exceeded expectations for us.Long version: In May 2023 we started the search for a contractor for a complete remodel of our master bath, hallway bath and our staircase. We met with Nazar with Paliy. Nazar was so great to work with. Nazar was available to us for random questions and for complete re-quotes when we decided to change up our design three different times. In August 2023 we finally signed with Paliy and agreed to a start date of November 13, 2023. To their word, they began on that very day!Paliy's main contact for construction was Ben and Yuriy. Both so great to work with. We invested a lot of money into this project and as we moved through the project, we made a few changes. Those changes caused our project to extend the timeline but as we watched each specialty crew do their work (tile, plumbing, carpentry, paint) we realized why. The detail and accountability put into every aspect of our project resulted in the most amazing remodel. Each member of the construction crew was polite, knowledgable, precise and complete in all the work they did. Some of the workers only speak Ukrainian but they are the first to pull their phones out and use a language translating app to communicate with us. We were so impressed.Our project came to a close in January 2024 and it felt sad to say good bye to Ben who had really been the one we saw the most.I will say it again, Paliy is the BEST. Honest, knowledgeable, highest level of integrity and sincere. They kept their word to us and we feel went above and beyond. We are grateful to them.“
