Today, I had a furnace and heat pump installed at my home. I had an amazing experience with Erik, Dan, Tristan and Mark. These individuals were professional, competent, extremely knowledgeable and understanding. Due to a previous negative (4 year) experience with another HVAC company, I was apprehensive to spending money to install another system in my home. However, they made me feel comfortable and at ease as they walked me through each stage of the process. Thank you Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning.
Todd, James, TJ, and Mark, showed up at the scheduled time. Explained in detail what work they would be doing as well as the processes that would take place. Got to work right away and didn’t stop u til the job was completed, even while other work was being done to the house by another contractor. I asked them to have a look at an open duct in my crawlspace to which they did and fixed that issue as well. After the units were installed, they went over everything they did in detail, showed me how to operate a newly installed thermostat and cleaned up the areas they worked in. They were fantastic all around. Let's face it: No one is happy when dealing with a busted furnace. Ours conked out right before the major cold snap in early January. But we got a friendly answer from Tanya (a real person!) as soon as we called, and we had a technician and salesperson (Erik) out to our house shortly after that. It was a no-pressure sales situation. Erik could have tried to upsell us on an expensive upgrade, but he didn't. He gave us a good range of affordable options well-suited to our home.
