He was on time and made sure I was aware of the cost involved in digging up the lids to the septic tank which was underneath the house (not an easy task to do and find). “I was referred to Rossco Service Plumbers when my sprinkler system appeared to be leaking at the anti siphon valve. They came the next morning and looked at it with me. All it needed was a few screws to be tightened. I waited for a service call bill and never got one. I called and they said they waived it since they really didn't do enough to warrant a charge!
