Core Physical Therapy - Shoreline Physical Therapy

“Had a great experience working with Kirsten (PT) earlier in the year and now with Dana (PT). Both are so skilled, encouraging, and communicative. I highly recommend them and CORE.

The administrative team has also been invaluable, reaching out to insurance for my benefit information and the surgeon's office for chart notes and all supporting documents, so I didn't have to make the calls myself.“

“I worked with a few people at EM over the last few months. All of them were great. My primary PT, Kelsey, is absolutely fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and professional, but also a kind, warm person. This was just a really nice place to go for not nice reasons that got better. Highly recommend!“

GPT Greenwood Physical Therapy Physical Therapy

“I worked with top-notch therapists at GPT Greenwood in a clean and well-resourced clinic. The Ravenna location has also been wonderful in the past. At Greenwood, Carolyn helped me immensely in recovering from a back injury. She built a flexible program with achievable goals and was always encouraging and kind. In the beginning, her schedule had filled up so I worked with Josh. He was just as patient and knowledgeable, and I was impressed with how well they managed my program together.

I came into the clinic limping in pain and was discharged with strength, confidence, and no pain. Thank you!“

ReVerve Physical Therapy Physical Therapy

“I have been going to ReVerve Physical Therapy in Seattle since July 2024 for CRPS and post-op foot surgery. If you aren’t aware, CRPS is an uncurable condition which registers at 44-46 on the McGill Pain Scale (only goes to 50 and is only below End Stage Terminal Cancer so…) that anyone can develop after an injury or surgery. Skilled providers are critical if a patient is to retain or develop quality of life. Patients often must go to Spero Clinic in Arkansas, Mayo Clinic, or Cleaveland Clinic since this is a rare/uncommon condition. I really wanted to find someone local to work with long-term since (some) remission can be achieved, yet it can also go away in the future. I believe I found the best providers possible offering some of the things these clinics offer like FSM (microcurrent treatment), red and infra-red laser treatment (ReVerve offers Bioflex Laser, FSM aka Frequency Specific Microcurrent, AND Neuromuscular Re-education which is usually delivered by devices such as a Calmare Scrambler or a NeuFit/Neubie device…I’m sure there are others, but I think people with CRPS mostly learn about these two) along with CRPS-informed PT to address my post-surgical situation. I used a wheelchair and forearm crutches almost 80% of the time when I left my home when I started at ReVerve and now I only use them about 20% of the time. My foot is finally walking and all five toes lie flat on the floor instead of all curled up like a dead bird foot. My CRPS is in about 85% remission and was only in about 15-20% remission when I started with ReVerve. My surgery (when I also developed the resulting Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) was in January. At that time, I would scream/wail/screech randomly and severely. It was so bad at night that I would eventually pass out from pain and then the pain would wake me again. And again and again. Now, I only cry-out about once a week or once every two weeks.

Treating CRPS is like any other exercise or self-improvement program. You get a coach (PT, OT, etc) and then you have to do the practice at home. I learned that these treatments produce the best results with consistency. Since this is a life-long condition and the device (the FSM device specifically) treats a lot of conditions, I opted to invest in the home unit which ReVerve keeps updated as needed. I will say that if you are looking for an experience such taking an antibiotic for two weeks and you’re cured that you should change your expectations when it comes to chronic conditions. Approaching health conditions with a ‘high-agency’ attitude will go a long way when it comes to helping yourself. CRPS is tough and unpredictable. We just have to do our best and surround ourselves with a team.

I selected this clinic as my first provider because I remembered speaking with the most compassionate and knowledgeable provider and it was clear that Dr Hendryx really believes in his patients. I spoke with him when I was first diagnosed in February and wasn’t able to comprehend much due to the medications and horrific pain. I just remembered how there was only one person out of all the specialists at Virginia Mason and the other clinics and hospitals that stood out. I’m so thankful I found this clinic when I was desperate, confused, and physically and emotionally de-stabilized. I may have “The Suicide Disease”, but I live with joy and confidence because I have my best chance now. I have added other PT’s to my weekly appointments who specialize in things like structural integration and Pilates-based work. I would never have been able to work with these additional providers if it weren’t for the relief the modalities at ReVerve provided. I’m doing it all. I always thought of the PT’s office as a place where you go for six weeks and get some exercises on paper and just go do those. Now I know that a PT’s office is a place for your future self and well-being. Thanks so much to Chason, Katherine, and everyone who makes ReVerve a brave and safe space, for me. Thank you for always making sure I understand what is happening “

“I started seeing Dr. Lily and her team for persistent shoulder pain, and I've been so impressed with my experience so far. From my very first appointment, Dr. Lily took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and thoroughly explain the recovery process ahead. The treatment plan she created feels thoughtful and specifically tailored to my needs, and I feel very comfortable with the approach they are taking. The entire team is so professional and creates a wonderfully supportive and encouraging environment for every session. While I know recovery takes time, I am confident that I am in the right hands and feel very optimistic about my future progress with their guidance.“

“Dr. Graham is absolutely amazing! He’s a true expert at what he does and helped me get rid of back pain I’d been dealing with for over 15 years — it had gotten unbearable. I honestly forgot what it felt like to have no pain at all, but Brian gave me that feeling back! I even brought my husband in, and he’s just as thrilled with the results. Everyone at the front desk is super sweet and welcoming — you can really feel they care. Highly, highly recommend this place!“

“Symone was wonderful. I'd never had acupuncture before so I was a bit nervous but she explained it all and was very nice and calming. I walked out of there the most relaxed I've been in years. I will need additional visits to see more results but I'm very surprised at how much her care was able to calm my nervous system in just one visit. 10/10 will revisit often!“

“I highly recommend Core Physical Therapy!
Their staff is amazing, well-trained, and genuinely caring. I am finding relief for my back pain under their care. Special shout-out to Rury. She is really patient, encouraging, and just a wonderful person to work with.

On my very first day, I set a goal with her: to be able to explore hikes in Washington. I’m happy to share that I recently finished my first (apparently it was a hard-level on AllTrails) hike successfully! My recovery is speeding along, and I couldn’t have done it without their support.

Thank you, Core Physical Therapy team, for helping me reach my goal!“

“After our friend recommended Ryan, my partner and I started seeing him. I've been dealing with recurring shoulder flare-ups that disrupted my life, causing me to wake up at night in pain. Despite seeing several physical therapists, and knowing surgery wasn't an option, I feared this struggle would be lifelong. Ryan helped me get my shoulder strong gradually, but surely. I had a couple of flare-ups on the way. I felt impatient with myself and was quite frustrated, but Ryan was incredibly patient and came up with new programs to continue the work while adapting to my body's needs. Ryan's experience and kindness truly stand out. His ability to maintain energy and focus with numerous clients back-to-back is impressive. If you've tried physical therapy before without success, I highly recommend giving Ryan a try!“

I've tried others (other highly recommended 5 star reviewed) in times when he's not available and they never get it done. Hurt my back on Friday, saw another provider for minimal to no relief, saw Dr. Ablett today and back to 100%. He should really do some seminars or educational content for other chiropractors.“

“I sprained my ankle on a run and was in need of PT advice to rehab it asap, to get back into marathon training. I was very happy to get on Ruchi's waitlist and got in to see her the next day due to a cancellation. She carefully examined the injury and paid close attention to my history and situation, and provided clear guidance for how to recover and return to training. She provided good exercises tailored to my fitness and the injury. She encouraged me to update her with progress to adjust the plan. She carefully watched me do various exercises and provided great feedback to improve my form. I recovered faster than expected, thanks to Ruchi's great care. I highly recommend her.“
