I really like the Dr Kim who I have been fortunate to be assigned for most of my exams. She is very efficient and precise when it comes to my exam and very friendly providing detailed insights to the health of my eyes over the years.

“My first visit to West Seattle Optix and I was so pleased. It was a very busy time while I was there and somehow no one seemed rushed, or tried to hurry me along. “Went into the U Village Seattle store looking for frames only (intended to have lenses made at Costco) and was helped by Briana, an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff member whose recommended frames I ended up selecting. I would have never thought to pick them myself, but after seeing what I was selecting, took a chance in suggesting a style/shape I hadn't considered. She gave me time to try each set on, stepping away for a bit of privacy and returning to provide whatever assistance I may have needed. Also appreciated the price point of the frames as well as the quality.
My husband has purchased prescription glasses from Warby Parker in the past, had a pair munched by our puppy the day he received them, and they replaced the lenses free of charge!

“My previous optometrist closed their office, so I had to find a new vision center. I had my first appointment at Binyon Oak Tree yesterday and it was a pleasurable visit. Dr. Wong was very warm and friendly to converse with. She was thorough with running tests, explained results in a clear manner and answered any questions I had.The office is located in a strip mall, and the waiting area isn't anything glamorous, but don't let that sway you away from scheduling an appointment here. Their selection of frames is somewhat small, so I'll be looking elsewhere, but I also didn't feel pressured. They're also still prioritizing hygienic Covid practices. They sanitize the frames after each person tries them on, and require that you wear a mask. I'm happy that I found a new optometrist that I'll gladly return to each year.“
