It was a great experience. I got my comprehensive eye exam as well as the prescription at the office which is equipped with high-tech machines. I found Dr. Amara to be very professional and very patient, she addressed my questions and concerns in detail.

Reviews
The staff assisted me with purchasing our frames and it was a great experience. They were very patient with us. Love their personality and customer service. Additionally, the front desk staff and doctor were all kind-spirited and displayed great customer service. Thank you for a great experience.
Both my wife and daughter have gone to Ballard Optical. They both had a great experience. My daughter had a hard time picking the pair of frames she wanted because the selection was so large!
