2 star (originally): Eye exam portion was great, prescription fits nicely. However, everything else has been an absolute headache. During my follow up trial contacts fitting, I was left unattended in a room for almost 1 hour. I had to go tell the front desk (the doctor likely forgot?) to ask for the doctor again. After the exam, I was prepared to order contacts but quickly shooed away from the office without getting any pricing, besides being told this is all handled via another website. Upon creating an account on Marlo, the next step says I need to call Seattle eye to order (which I still can't find any pricing for my prescription). Once again Paul and his wife over at Seattle Eye works magic! Stopped in today to have 2 pair of DITA prescription glasses serviced. The work performed was fast and efficient. Customer service is THE BEST IN TOWN! So good spent another 500.00 on some DITA LANCIER sunglasses. I cannot recommend anywhere else. I cannot recommend doing business with any other eyewear shop and I've visited most. Top Notch Service!!!!

I came in to fix some sunglasses I ruined sitting on them and then trying to fix them myself. They told me they would do their best and they fixed them perfectly. It only took a few minutes and they were so nice! I think the girl that helped my was named Saphyre bc it’s the name on my receipt hahah
