“My wife and I, not from the area, were in Seattle area for a couple of days before going to Portland for a conference. She ended up having some issue due to her contact lens and was in a degree of discomfort.

Dr. Stephanie was able to see us immediately, was attentive to my wife's discomfort, set her up with two prescriptions, sent her records to the Dr.'s colleague in the Portland area in case we needed a follow-up a couple of days later AND stayed in touch with us afterwards.

We did not need the follow up, but being taken care of so far from home AND having the ability to follow up if needed, was comforting.

“We had a wonderful experience at the Tukwila store!

My husband and I had our eye exams done and tried to buy glasses recently at the Tacoma office and it didn't work out.

However, Brittani at the Tukwila location went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service showing empathy, kindness, and professionalism. She is extremely knowledgeable when discussing lens sizes and frames to meet our individual needs. For example, there is an issue with my husband's current lenses being too large and she explained why it was difficult to see/use as progressives.

I just got off the phone with another representative at the Tukwila store about our new glasses, and once again was shown terrific customer service.

Our family is happy to drive further to this location annually to have eye exams, assistance from Brittani, and be treated with courtesy and respect by all staff with a great selection of frames in Tukwila. Thank you!“
