The entire staff at this establishment is truly exceptional. The front desk personnel, in particular, exhibit an impressive level of knowledge and are incredibly helpful. Dr. Anna's expertise is also noteworthy and commendable. I would highly recommend this establishment for all your optical needs.
Wonderful officeI moved out of state. When I reached out about a small problem of my old frame, Dr. Chow went out of his way to coordinate with me and send a replacement frame to me using Fedex next day.
The West Seattle Vision staff and Dr Chow are the best. After living with glasses that were never quite right from another optometrist, we are so happy to have glasses that are perfect! Dr Chow explains everything during the process and answers all questions. James helped us with the ordering of frames and was very helpful. Highly recommend!
