I lost a screw in my glasses and they fixed it free of charge! I'd gone to another place and they just put a piece of metal in there, that eventually fell out. They also tightened the other screws and replaced the pads. So cool and such a great help, would highly recommend.
The staff was all amazing. Dr Wong gave me great advice on my eye health. I also loved working with Faith, who helped me pick some great lenses and cheered me on to try a style a little different than what I always get. I highly recommend them!
My experience with Dr. Wang was wonderful. She identified my need for progressives and helped me to see 100% better! Sarah the optician found me three styles and did not pressure me at all, yet happily helped me discover my inner glass wearing enthusiasm. Also connected me with a righteous pair of magnet clip on frame sunglasses! Now I will be too cool for school! Thank you Target Optical, Northgate!!
