Excellent customer service! Sam from target optical helped me align my new bifocals after not having them for years. I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. He was very informative about the different options they had for lenses. The line on my bifocals was just a smidge lower than I’d like, so he helped me adjust the placement and they were sent back quickly and absolutely perfect. After paying for cheap lenses online for the last few years, I couldn’t be happier with the quality lenses and service I received at here.
This was my first time using Target Optical and I will definitely come back again! Dr. Wang was fantastic and was very thorough to ensure I got the right prescription even if it was low. I had my exam earlier in the week but couldn’t stay to pick out frames, the staff was courteous and did not push me to get frames that day, which I appreciated. I came back today and worked with Drew who was amazing! It got pretty busy but he managed the floor great and ensured everyone there was attended to in a timely manor. He had such a friendly and positive attitude!
