I damaged my glasses accidentally and staff repaired it quickly and correctly. I also get vision test at the same location each year. I recommend this place.“

“Well lit and pleasant smelling office with kind, patient, and knowledgeable staff. They have new equipment and I didn't need to get my eyes dilated or have that 'blast of air into the eyeball thingy' that other eye doctors do. They got what looks like a handheld Star Trek Tri-corder that they use instead. It's all quite pleasant if you're going in for routine eye stuff. Easy to get to with busses as well, the 223 let me out right by their office.“

​I visited to get my glasses fixed, and Taichi Nakajima did a phenomenal job. He replaced the broken nose pads and carefully adjusted the frame to fit perfectly on my nose.

“The whole process went smooth and simple. All of the employees worked together to make the process easy. I probably was with 4 or 5 people and they were very knowledgeable. The front desk associate checked me in with a smile on her face. Next was the technician that did some of the testing prior to Doctor. She walked me through the whole process. She explained what each test did and the reason, performed the testing, while getting my health history. Doing both at the same time was a great time saver and was so respectful of my time. Then I saw the Dr. and she was awesome. We completed all the vision testing. She then walked me through the results and told me about my options. A great example of what healthcare should look like! I was given my prescription to get glasses and had the option to stay or go. They had such great prices and customer Service, I would have been crazy to leave. At the front desk they walked me through my insurance coverage and went on to explain that based on my prescriptions, what type of frame would work best and why. No one has ever told me anything like that before! I really appreciated that. I went and found several pair I liked, but I cannot see well without my glasses on. So they had me bring the ones I liked back up to the desk. They then went through each pair with me and we found the ones that they thought worked best with my facial structure. We took those favorites and they went through and told me which one worked best with my prescription. This made choosing the right frames so easy. The final part of this journey was to pick out the options for the lenses. The helped me with all of them and then rang me up for the portion my insurance would not cover. The whole process was amazing. I got great customer service, a complete eye exam with knowledgeable people that explained everything, and walked through my options. I do not think they could have done anything better! Oh I forgot the whole place was clean and organized! Awesome!“
