“I am writing to share some well-deserved positive feedback for the Vision Center team. I had an appointment yesterday, but due to a system glitch, my scheduled slot wasn't showing up. Even though they were busy and the wait was going to be 30 minutes, they still offered to squeeze me in.Because I was running tight on time, I asked if I could return the next day instead. The female associate working the desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. She managed to secure a noon appointment for me today. “What a pleasant experience! The selection, quality and craftsmanship went above and beyond my expectations. The shop owner is very kind and took the time to explain and provide examples for various lenses that would work with my high prescription. They have the newest styles including light weight, quality metal frames at an incredible price! In under an hour I had new frames and high index lenses cut to perfection for less than the frame price at other stores. The shop owner even adjusted and repaired my sunglasses for free. This will be the only place I get glasses from now on. Thank you!”
