“I’ve been going to Vista Optical for years and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable without ever making you feel rushed or pressured into buying the most expensive frames.
During my last visit, Jenny helped me pick out new progressive lenses and she really listened to what I liked and didn’t like, and even pulled a few frames I wouldn’t have chosen myself that ended up looking amazing. “Today, I stopped in (unannounced) and was flabbergasted at the tremendous service I got. I doubted a recent Rx from a nearby optometrist so they ran those new glasses through a Lensometer. They found some small inconsistencies with their own findings from an exam a few weeks ago, and offered a mock-up pair of glasses using THEIR own Rx. Not only that, Dr. Shen came to the waiting area to experiment with the mock-up glasses. She LISTENED to me, considered my needs, my recently purchased glasses (from the other optometrist), and even my height to let ME decide on a path. I ended up getting a new Rx with bifocals. I apologized profusely for using up so much unscheduled time but the whole crew made me comfortable and heard. Thank you, Dr. Shen and team. I'm anxious to get my new specs so I can clearly see the correct number of stop lights at intersections!“

“Omg!! I can't tell you how much I love my new glasses! I can see everything everywhere and there's so much less glare. I don't even notice that it shifts. I was in a restaurant that was a little bit dark looking out at a window where there was really bright light. “I’ve been a Warby Parker fan for several years and have visited multiple locations in Seattle and the Bay Area. Even though I have to find street parking, I consistently prefer this location because the staff are so helpful, experienced, and patient. I’ve also had the best results with frame adjustments here — they really take the time to get the fit just right.

These are my first prescription glasses, and I honestly didn’t expect such a great experience. The selection is impressive, and the service was very professional and welcoming.

The gentleman — and, as I understood, his wife — were both extremely helpful and took their time to explain everything clearly.
