“I truly liked this place. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of my experience with the receptionist. Unfortunately, she came across as very unfriendly and seemed like she didn’t enjoy working with people. She avoided eye contact, practically tossed the paperwork at patients, and never smiled, which made for an uncomfortable first impression.

Aside from that, my experience was excellent. Dr. May was incredible—knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The lady who helped me choose my glasses was also amazing, patient, and very helpful. Overall, it’s a great place with wonderful staff, and I would definitely recommend it despite the front desk experience.“

“Needed some work on a pair of glasses. On a walk in basis they did the work in about ten minutes. I plan to come back with my Rx and get a new pair soon.“
