This place was recommended by several people so I finally went since I needed something with blue light and Costco had limited frames. The lady that helped us seemed extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented which I liked. The frames can be pricey but there are more affordable ones if you search. Will be back for future glasses!
Several years ago I bought a very nice pair of lightweight reading glasses at Paris Miki. I loved them so much that when I had a new lens prescription I had the lenses changed out and replaced in the same glasses. Then yesterday I sat on them and really got the frame torqued. I went in and the woman who helped me just diligently attempted to fix them. She said they are titanium and very strong, but was concerned that they were bent badly and they could break. We went to the case where they carry similar frames and it turned out that they still had the same ones that I had bought. But this did not stop her from going in the back of the store and working away at them. Finally she brought them out to me and apologized for my long wait. Fixed miraculously! No charge, she said. I insisted on giving her something for all the work. She tried to refuse, but she must have worked over half an hour on them and they were perfect. I would recommend this shop highly! Excellent service, selection and value--very fine people.
I can't say enough great things about this place! I've been getting glasses here for many years and the quality and customer service have always brought me back. The ladies here are so knowledgeable and kind. To all my Asians out there, they have Asian fit glasses!! What a game changer, they're so comfortable!
