This place is absolutely fantastic! The eyewear selection is beautiful, but what really sets them apart is their outstanding customer service. My husband and I were visiting Seattle and he needed a repair on his glasses, and they fixed them at no charge. We were treated with such kindness and respect from the moment we walked in. Exceptional service like this is hard to find these days. We couldn’t be more impressed and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality glasses and genuinely caring people.
I had a nose pad that came off of my glasses. I walked into SEE Eyewear and asked they could repair it. Cecile repaired it, straighten my frames and cleaned my lens when I asked her how much it cost she just smiled and said no charge I would highly recommend coming here. if I needed glasses at the time, I would definitely go in and look at some of their amazing options.
A++ great customer service! Repaired broken half frame glasses in house! Only took a few minutes...Will use again and refer to everyone I know that needs repairs or looking for new glasses...If they can't do it they will refer you to who can...Don't sleep on this
