My appointment went great! I had never gone to the eye doctor before, but the staff and Dr. Ng were really kind and helpful taking me through the different tests. I also got to see pictures of my eyeballs, which were pretty cool! Looking forward to my next appointment in a year.I attended most recently in July 2023. The staff was really prompt at helping me with scheduling and setting everything up. They were even able to find me a sooner appointment before my initial one. I think it was a total of two weeks in between being referred by my GP to receiving care.

Don't go here. They have a constant rotation of optometrists and I've had completely different results and diagnosis every time I see a different doctor. At one point I was given three separate prescriptions for glasses to accommodate different uses (computer, reading and normal) and it really messed up my eyes (Dr Lung). Today I couldn't even get a short term prescription for more contact lenses while I waited for weeks to have an eye exam even though I'm wearing the same prescription of eye lenses and still using the last of my current prescription lenses. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! One of the optometrists recommended eye drops for my daughter to help with her vision. I paid $450 extra for follow up appts. that they refused to schedule! I have since moved. DO NOT RECEIVE ANY SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION! CROOKS!
