From booking my appointment via text to interacting with Dr. Tsang and staff, my experience was good. They really take care of you here and value customer experience. I was really impressed with Dr. Tsang’s warmth and professionalism, in particular. Nobody tried to push me into purchasing anything either, which I appreciate. Since the clinic is in my neighborhood, I’m sure I’ll be back for any future appointments.

I got to choose a practical pair of glasses in the 100-200 dollar range w/ insurance.
They have cute laptop stickers @ the front desk.
Only complaint is the space in the lobby can get cramped, esp for ppl with mobility needs.
